ANNUAL FUNDGRANT GUIDELINES
OVERVIEW
Thanks to the generosity of SUNY Cobleskill Foundation’s annual fund donors, grant applications are open once again for Fall 2023! This funding supports projects, travel, or equipment that relate directly to applied learning experiences for students, consistent with the College’s strategic plan. Through the support of our donors, the annual fund ensures that the Coby community has enhanced resources to create vibrant and meaningful applied learning experiences.

OBJECTIVE
The Annual Fund Grant is intended to support initiatives that align with the College’s strategic plan, mission, vision and benefit of the campus community. Applied learning experiences and professional development opportunities are of interest and the grant is also available for urgent critical needs or creative ideas that otherwise may not have a funding source. Typical awards will be $500 – 2,000, but all requests will be evaluated based on their merit.
ELIGIBILITY
Pursuant to Executive Order 156 issued by Gov. Cuomo, trips to Mississippi are not allowed.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications must be submitted by Friday, August 25th, 2023. Award notifications will be given during the Fall 2023 semester.
All awards must be spent by June 30, 2024 unless otherwise approved.
A project report must be submitted to the reviewing committee within 30 days of completing the project or activity.
