TO APPLY FOR PARTIAL INTERNSHIP, PAST WORK EXPERIENCE WAIVER OR SUBSTITUTION OF COURSE WORK FOR INTERNSHIP:  

Partial Internship, Waiver or Substitution of Course Work Form >>
For substitution of coursework, students, please register for classes first and then complete this form. Form should be completed and submitted in the semester prior to completing the cousework. Course prefix and number should be listed on form.
