Arrival Info for New Students

We’re thrilled you're joining us! The information below, is meant to guide you through the required tasks you must complete prior to arrival and provide resources to ensure a smooth transition for your first semester at SUNY Cobleskill.

After submitting your deposit, your Cobleskill.edu email becomes the primary method of official college communication. In the months leading up to your first semester, you will receive information from a variety of on-campus offices, so be sure to check your Cobleskill email regularly.

Log on to BannerWeb >>

BannerWeb is your online portal for accessing all information pertaining to your academic records, financial aid and billing. For assistance, contact the Admissions Office.


Activate Your Cobleskill Email >>

Upload your CobyCard photo >>

Before your arrival for Welcome Weekend, please upload a photo of yourself for your CobyCard. Your CobyCard is your ID on campus to access items such as your meal plan, check out materials at the library, and accessing your residence hall. For more information on requirements and how to upload your CobyCard photo, please view instructions at the bottom of the page located here

Download the Everbridge Emergency App >>

Install the Everbridge on your smart device to receive emergency communications from the College and access other campus safety resources.                                                                                    


Check Your Holds with Tiger Tracks >>

Tiger Tracks is an interface that lists what holds you still need to complete before arriving to campus. Log in to your BannerWeb to be able to see any outstanding holds.                                                                          


Submit your Immunization Records >>

Students who attend SUNY Cobleskill and are enrolled for 6 or more credits must submit complete medical history information, and immunization information. Submit your Immunization Records before you arrive for Welcome Weekend so we can make your Coby transition as smooth as possible. Information on how to submit these records is located here.

Download the Corq App >>

The Corq App allows you to view information about student clubs/organizations and to check out upcoming campus events on our student organization software called Coby Engage. You can download the Corq App from Google Play or the Apple Store. Once downloaded, you'll be able to sign in with your Coby user information.

4. Login with your username and password

5. Click on "Student Profile Page"
