Catering

Whether you are planning a luncheon meeting or evening reception, CAS Catering will take care of the details. Catering Coordinator, Rebecca Oldorff, (oldorfrs@cobleskill.edu), heads an excellent creative culinary team to create food whatever the occasion!

The key to a successful event is the planning. The first step is in contacting the Catering Office that will happily assist you in arranging your event. CAS Dining Services is pleased to provide a menu and price quote for any event based on the client’s budget. Please allow one week’s notice if special pricing is required. Special events may require an account number or deposit in advance. We offer a wide variety of services ranging from menu planning (with special consideration for dietary needs, such as vegan or allergies) to floral arrangements, china, and linen. All prices quoted are subject to the appropriate taxes.
