The Human Resources department provides tactical and strategic support to all SUNY Cobleskill faculty and staff. The department ensures legal compliance with all personnel-related federal, state laws and SUNY policies, works to create a positive and welcoming working environment, and administers personnel policies and programs, payroll and benefits.

Human Resources/Payroll is a knowledgeable, service-orientated team dedicated to providing supportive and informational services and relevant and timely advice to our workforce. We bring clarity and efficiency to human resource processes and structures through cross-team collaboration and transparent communication.
