- Refrigerator or Microfridge. We permit ONE refrigerator (Below 1.75 amps) per room.

- Outside Furniture
- Pets of any kind (except fish)
- Tapestries, Curtains, or Flags of any kind and size
- Toy Guns (BB, Nerf)
