The Corq App allows you to view information about student clubs/organizations and to check out upcoming campus events on our student organization software called Coby Engage. You can download the Corq App from Google Play or the Apple Store. Once downloaded, you'll be able to sign in with your Coby user information. The schedule for Orientation will be available on the Corq App once the schedule is finalized.
Google Maps is a location search tool that allows you to geolocate a specific point,
calculate routes, find the nearest places of interest or see the appearance of a place
at street level through Google Street View.

Attending orientation is required for all incoming students. We ask that you please
email us at Orientation@Cobleskill.edu with any questions.
Orientation is a way for new students to learn about SUNY Cobleskill's campus and
the services we offer through specifically designed program sessions. Orientation is an opportunity for new students to ask questions about their academic,
co-curricular experience, and to become active, engaged members of the Coby Community.

Orientation Leaders are current SUNY Cobleskill students, who lead orientation sessions, interact with the new students, and provide an upbeat and exciting orientation experience. New students will be connected to an Orientation Leader.

Hello! My name is Keegan, and I am from Schuylerville, New York. I am a Canine Training and Management BT major and I’m going into my Senior year. I’m involved in a few different things on campus such the DEIB committee, Campus Engagement
Leader, and I'm a RA in Ten Eyck Hall. I love Cobleskill because of all the amazing connections I've made here with both Students and Staff. During the semester you can find me in the
Student Leadership office, RA Office, or the Kennels. Please don't hesitate to say hello or reach out and I can't wait to meet you all!
Ceilia McFarland

Hi! My name is Ceilia, and I am a Senior at SUNY Cobleskill. I am a Resident Assistant
in Vroman Hall & this is my second year being an orientation leader. During my free
time I like to be up in the barn or hanging out with friends. I major in the Animal Science program with a minor in
art. We are so excited to have you here, and I look forward to meeting you!
Aurora Tompkins

Hello! My name is Aurora Tompkins, and i am in my third year here at SUNY Cobleskill.
My major is culinary arts. I am from a small town near Poughkeepsie called Rhinebeck.
On campus I am an RA for Davis Hall, as well as a campus engagement leader. You can often find me in either the Office of Student Leadership or at the Davis RA
desk. Being a student at SUNY Cobleskill has brought me so many different opportunities
to work with people across different departments and make those connections.
Jocelyn Mack

Hello! My name is Jocelyn. I am a sophomore here at SUNY Cobleskill. I am originally from Buffalo, NY, but me and my ESA Carebear have fallen deeply in love with the scenery and life of SUNY Cobleskill. My major
is Environmental Management (BT), and I have a passion for soil and water management. I also work for the Sustainability Department here on
campus as a student lead in the Brownfields Project and work at the Share Shop. You
can also find me at the Plant Science Club as the new Sustainability Officer! I hope to see you all get involved
with Cobleskill and the endless opportunities. I am excited for all the students I'm about to meet. Talk to you all soon!

Hi, I'm Sam! I'm a sophomore majoring in Animal Science BS here at SUNY Cobleskill! I'm a part of the Campus Engagement Board and a Student Ambassador. I was born and live in Poughkeepsie, NY and have two pets, an Australian Shepherd named "Tiramisu", and my ESA tuxedo cat
named "Milani"! I am so excited to meet all of you at this year's orientation, and

Daniel Tompkins

Hi, I'm Daniel most people call me, Danny I'm going into my fourth year here at SUNY Cobleskill. I have an associate's degree in the John Deere Diesel Tech program and I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's in business administration. I'm also a RA in Vroman Hall. In my spare time, I love playing video games, playing guitar,
and working with cars. We are happy to have you here and I look forward to meeting
you all.

Hello! My name is Christina and I’m an RA for Ten Eyck and Fake Hall. I’m a sophomore here at SUNY Cobleskill majoring in Culinary Arts. I spend a lot of my
time talking with others, walking around campus, and cooking. I’m not involved in any clubs, but I am always around doing something if you ever want
to sit and talk. I look forward to meeting everyone!

Orientation FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
All incoming students must first complete the Admissions application process. Once you are registered as a student you can sign up for Orientation. You can find the Orientation application on the Orientation web page.
Students are not asked to pay the Orientation fee the day of their Orientation session. Click here for more information on the Orientation fee and policy.
Once you sign up for Orientation you will receive an email to confirm your application. You will also receive email correspondence from SUNY Cobleskill up until your Orientation session date. For questions about Orientation, you can reach us at Orientation@cobleskill.edu
Orientation is a two-day, one-night program where all students stay overnight on campus.

It takes up to 72 business hours (2-3 business days) for information to be updated and for new students to be able to access their housing application. If you want more information about "How to" submit the Housing application click here! The contact information for Residential Life can be found on here.
